Welcome to GambleCodez (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using any GambleCodez product, website, bot, service, or feature, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We reserve the right to restrict access based on jurisdiction.
2.1 Telegram Login (Primary Identity)
Telegram OAuth is used to verify your identity. We receive your Telegram ID, username, and profile name. We do not access private messages or contacts.
2.2 Username / Email Login (Secondary Identity)
You may log in using username or email + password. Email is required for newsletter, recovery, and notifications.
2.3 One Account Rule
You may only maintain one GambleCodez account. Multi-accounting may result in suspension or disqualification.
Your DegenProfile is your unified identity across all GambleCodez platforms. It tracks your entries, wins, quests, badges, and referrals.
GambleCodez promotions, giveaways, and Arena Rewards are verified sweepstakes and promotional tools — NOT gambling. This is a critical legal distinction.
4.1 No Purchase Necessary — No purchase is required to enter or win any giveaway, Arena Reward, or promotion.
4.2 Odds of Winning — Odds depend on the number of eligible entries and are disclosed for each promotion.
4.3 Prize Delivery — Prizes may include Solana-based payouts via Degen Prize Vault, $DC DegenCoin, digital rewards, promo codes, or partner rewards.
4.4 Arena Rewards — Leaderboard rankings powered by $DC DegenCoin. Arena Rewards are available on GambleCodez.com, Telegram bot (@gCodez_bot), and Discord bot. Participation is optional and free.
4.5 Poker Tournaments — Skill-based poker tournaments with prize pools. Participation is free for eligible users.
4.6 Secret Code Word Giveaways — Code words dropped across all platforms (public and blurred hidden versions). 👀
4.7 Disqualification — We may disqualify entries for fraud, automation, multi-accounting, abuse, or violating partner terms.
$DC DegenCoin is our platform currency used for Arena leaderboard rankings and the $DC Store. It is earned through participation in giveaways, secret code promotions, and Arena activities.
5.1 $DC Value & Usage
$DC is a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value outside the GambleCodez platform. $DC balances cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for fiat currency, or transferred to external wallets. $DC is used exclusively within the $DC Store and for leaderboard rankings in Arena Rewards.
5.2 $DC Store
The $DC Store allows you to redeem $DC for digital rewards, promo codes, or partner offers. All transactions are final. Store items may be updated or removed at our discretion. $DC balances expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
5.3 Account Closure & $DC Loss
Upon account deletion or suspension, all $DC balances are forfeited. Refunds are not available.
The Degen Prize Vault and related claim links (including URL-based flows on GambleCodez.com) are promotional tools used to distribute digital rewards, including Solana (SOL) where offered. Features may include optional secret phrases, Telegram or profile allowlists, email gates, link expiry windows, single-use or multi-use links, and internal ledger tracking of available and reserved balances where applicable.
6.1 Eligibility & access controls
You must meet Section 1 eligibility. Individual promotions may add further requirements (for example, linked Telegram, matching Degen username, or a supplied code). We may refuse, revoke, or void a claim that does not satisfy those requirements or that appears fraudulent, automated, or abusive.
6.2 Blockchain & Particle Wallet
SOL transfers rely on third-party blockchain networks (e.g. Solana) via Particle Wallet. We do not guarantee confirmation times, mempool ordering, RPC availability, or network upgrades. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address you submit. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not liable for lost private keys, user error, clipboard malware, wrong chains, dust limits, or third-party wallet behavior.
6.3 No guarantee of value; taxes
Promotional amounts may be stated in SOL or other units for convenience. Digital assets can be volatile. You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations in your jurisdiction.
6.4 Sandbox / test flows
We may offer sandbox or test claim experiences that mirror production steps without moving real assets. Sandbox claims are for testing and training only, carry no monetary value, and do not create any obligation to pay.
6.5 Link expiry & availability
Claim links may expire automatically after a stated period or when claims are exhausted. Expired or revoked links cannot be reinstated except at our discretion.
6.6 Admin & ledger operations
Operational tools (including internal balance adjustments) exist to correct errors, reconcile reserves, or comply with law. Such actions are discretionary and do not create a fiduciary relationship.
6.7 Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GambleCodez is not liable for failed, delayed, or partial transfers, smart-contract or RPC outages, or disputes between you and any prize sponsor. Your sole remedy for vault issues is typically limited to support inquiry at [email protected].
GambleCodez is not a casino. We provide reviews, listings, affiliate links, and bonus information.
7.1 Affiliate Disclosure — We may earn commissions from partner links.
7.2 No Liability — We are not responsible for third-party casino actions, losses incurred on partner sites, account issues with partners, withdrawal delays or denials.
7.3 Crypto Casino Protection — We do not control partner casinos. Use at your own risk.
You are responsible for ensuring your participation is legal in your region. We may restrict access to certain countries, certain U.S. states, or regions with verified verified sweepstakes limitations.
GambleCodez is not a gambling platform. However, we promote responsible behavior:

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive promotional emails, prize drops, and platform updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Our bots provide drops, alerts, giveaways, commands, and quests. We are not responsible for Telegram/Discord outages, bot downtime, or message delivery delays.
You agree NOT to: abuse the platform, exploit promotions, use automation or scripts, harass staff or users, impersonate others, or attempt to hack or reverse-engineer systems. Violations may result in termination.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, TOS violations, or illegal activity. You may request account deletion at any time.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of GambleCodez means you accept the updated Terms.
